PY Collective is a loyalty programme that offers members exclusive access to a wide range of rewards. Earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for enticing gift vouchers, enjoy early access to sales and new collections, indulge in special birthday treats, participate in VIP promotions and events, and much more!
These are the current ways that points can be earned:
- Become a member – 200 points
- Make a purchase – 5 points for every £1 spent
- Leave a review – 500 points
- Leave a review with images - 600 points
- Like on Facebook – 50 points
- Follow on Instagram – 50 points
- Celebrate a birthday – 1000 points
- Refer a friend – £10 off gift voucher for your friend, 1000 points for you when your friend makes a purchase
Points can be redeemed for any of the available rewards. Currently these are:
- 1000 points = £10 off gift voucher
- 1750 points = £20 off gift voucher
- 2500 points = £35 off gift voucher
- 4000 points = £60 off gift voucher

No, you don’t. However, having an account allows you to see all of your information in one place (order history, rewards balance, etc). We'll also give you 200 points as a thank you for signing up! If you don’t want to create an account, make sure to use the same email address every time you make a purchase, as this is the only way the scheme will recognise you as an existing customer.
By accessing the loyalty reward programme here, or by clicking on the link in the reward email you've received after earning points.
- The referrer logs in to their account and sends their friend their referral URL.
- When the referrer's friend clicks on the URL, they should see a prompt for them to enter their email address. When their friend enters their email address, the Refer a Friend reward will be sent to them via email. From the email, their friend will be able to copy their unique code and use it in an order.
- If their friend then goes on to make a purchase, the referrer will get their reward. Their friend does not need to create an account, nor use the Refer a Friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They would just have to make a purchase!

Everyone is able to earn points, whether they have an account or not, and all customers will accrue points. If you do not wish to earn points from future purchases, please contact us at email@prettyyoulondon.co.uk. There is no obligation to purchase anything as part of the loyalty reward programme, so if you earn points and don’t wish to spend them, that’s no problem! You can't transfer points to other people.
