Pretty Spa Night

[audio m4a="http://prettyyo.nextmp.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/07-Spa.m4a"][/audio]Dear readers, There is no doubt that wearing your Pretty You London slippers will make you feel and look absolutely amazing!  And what better way to complete this feeling than your very own home pretty spa experience. I have put together some great and simple steps to follow based on my favorite spa routine. This can work either for some “alone time” or if you prefer you can invite all your Besties and make it a true Ladies night. Lets get started shall weJ What You Need:

1. A pair of Pretty You London Slippers of your choice
2. Scented candle ( I recommend Jo Malone. Beautiful design, smells incredible and very long lasting)
3. Scented sticks for spiritual atmosphere
4. Spa Music of your choice
5. Raw almonds and cashews for a healthy snack
6. Home made avocado and banana facial mask

By now you should be wearing your “Pretties”, lightened some candles and put on some beautiful spa music in the background while snacking on those super healthy anti aging loaded/good for everything nuts and we can move on to the next step by preparing the home made avocado and banana facial mask. The Avocado and Banana Facial Mask:

• 1 Avocado - A natural anti aging source of free radical fighting vitamin A, E and C Keeps skin smooth
• 1 Banana - Skin Moisturizer, oil control, Anti Aging, Treat Acne, Lighten Dark Spots
• 2 tbs Raw Honey - Acne and enlarged pores, Rosacsea, Eczema, Hyper pigmentation, Sensitive, mature and dull lifeless skin.
• 1 tbs Lemon - Exfoliates, Heals Acne, Diminishes scars and ages pots

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mash then apply a thick layer to your face. Avoid area around your eyes (as with all products).
2. Place two slices of cucumber on your eyes, a calming and refreshing treat for the area around your eyes.
3. Let sit on your face for about 20 minutes.
4. Rinse with warm water.
5. Follow with your favorite moisturizer.
