    We've tried to compile a list of frequently asked questions to save you time, but if the question you need the answer to isn't below, please contact us here.

    How often do you restock sizes/styles?

    We do not currently re-stock sizes of a particular style, nor do we re-stock the style itself once it has sold out. Instead, we launch new collections with more gorgeous new styles for you to adore!

    How much do you charge for delivery?

    Our delivery charge in the UK is £4.50, this includes England, Scotland and Wales (NI not included.) If you spend over £40 you can get FREE delivery to the UK.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    All orders confirmed before 12 pm (UK time) on a normal working day will be dispatched for next day delivery. All orders after 12 pm (UK time)  will be processed and dispatched the following working day, for next day delivery.

    Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

    Unless otherwise stated discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and you can only use one discount code per order.

    Can I amend my order?

    All of our orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible for next day delivery so it may not always be possible for you to cancel your order once it's been confirmed. Please call us on +44161 945 8001* as soon as possible so we can try to arrange a cancellation for you. See our opening times here. If you wish to change an order that has been confirmed, please follow the same steps. If the amendment to your order means there is a difference in price, we may cancel your order and ask you make a new order with us. 

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes, we accept returns provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. For full details on how to return your items, please see here.

    What do I do if my item is faulty?

    If the item you have received is faulty then firstly, apologies. Please contact us here with the details of the fault along with clear images so we can access the fault and deal accordingly.

    Do you have a shop?

    We are currently sold in a range of US stores across the country but in order to access the largest selection and availability, we recommend purchasing directly from our website.
